Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your purchase. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

Our Return Policy  

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email. Please provide your Order# along with any information concerning you return. You can return your item 7 days after your purchase and you have 7 days to get it back to us. Return shipping is not covered.

Once the item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  The refund will be issued based on the original purchase date and condition of item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used rope for return.

All return items must be new and show no noticeable use or wear and must be in the original box including all parts, accessories, and packaging.
